Nature has a cure for Sleepless Nights!

IF YOU ONLY SLEEP FOR 2 HOURS EVERY NIGHT, THIS IS THE BUS STOP!

Finding it difficult to sleep after a long hectic day, or waking up and staying awake during the night is not normal.

A lot of people suffer from this to the extent of seeing it as something that is normal.

It is not normal at all! It is called Insomnia.

In fact, sleeplessness can lead to serious health problems like High Blood pressure, Irregular Heart beat, Heart attack, Heart failure or even stroke. Of course, all these increase the risk of death.

what are the possible causes of this insomnia?

  1. Stress; Concerns about work, school, health, finances or family can keep your mind active at night, making it difficult to sleep
  2. Stressful life events or trauma — such as the death or illness of a loved one, divorce, or a job loss — also may lead to insomnia
  3. Travel or work schedule. Your circadian rhythms act as an internal clock, guiding such things as your sleep-wake cycle, metabolism and body temperature
  4. Disrupting your body’s circadian rhythms can lead to insomnia. Causes include jet lag from traveling across multiple time zones, working a late or early shift, or frequently changing shifts.
  5. Poor sleep habits such as irregular bedtime schedule, naps, stimulating activities before bed, an uncomfortable sleep environment, and using your bed for work, eating or watching TV.
  6. Mental health disorders. Anxiety disorders, such as post-traumatic stress disorder, may disrupt your sleep. Awakening too early can be a sign of depression. Insomnia often occurs with other mental health disorders as well.
  7. Medications such as certain antidepressants; medications for asthma or blood pressure; pain relievers; allergy and cold medication; and weight-loss products may contain caffeine and other stimulants that can disrupt sleep.
  8. Medical conditions such as chronic pain, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, asthma, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), overactive thyroid, Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease.
  9. Caffeine, nicotine and alcohol.Alcohol may help you fall asleep, but it prevents deeper stages of sleep and often causes awakening in the middle of the night.

I could remember my experience in 2019, when I was experiencing this restlessness of not being able to sleep well whenever I wanted to.

Imagine praying and wishing for sleep to come, but the sleep even runs far from you as if you were cursed never to have a good sleep.

Sometimes,I roll and turn on my bed, praying for day to break. You could imagine closing and opening your eyes, counting the clock tick, sitting up, turning off light and lying back on your bed, yet no sleep!

I could remember picking up either my phone or laptop to watch movies, and end up shutting them down almost immediately, because all I needed at that moment was nothing but sleep which was not forthcoming.

I can’t even recall all I passed through, but it wasn’t a funny experience at all!

Did I mention how I took several pills and sedatives, just to sleep. Some worked, while others did not.

Well, no need recounting the past. The goodnews is that I am a survivor, lol… e reach to say “Congratulations O!”, because Omo! E no funny at all.

You may be asking, how did you do it?

Well, I feel it was just a miracle considering how it
happened. It was when I went for a conference, I met a colleague and we got
along so easily.

During one of our conversations, she noticed I was skipping
and falling asleep at intervals, so she picked interest to know what was happening. I didn’t hide anything because I needed every help I could get.
Surprisingly, she recommended this tea for me.

She made arrangement and sent the Tea to me after few days
of delay.

For the first 3 days of taking the tea, there wasn’t much
changes, but on the 4th day, the magic started happening.

Sleep sneaked in like a thief and carried me to where I no know, lol…

For the first time in a while
I had a sound sleep. It felt like magic, but it was real.

.At first, I had to take the tea everyday, but by the time I completed the 6th pack of the Tea, everything became so natural; sleeping whenever I feel like and waking up whenever I feel like.

It is/was indeed a miracle and testimony worth sharing.

What is even more interesting? The Tea is brewed from Purely Natural Herbs. No chemical additives, No Side effects.

As a matter of fact, it has helped thousands of persons, I equally recommend it to friends and colleagues. You too can benefit from it.

DON'T JUST TAKE MY WORD FOR IT...

CONTENTS OF THE  TEA

Chamomile

Chamomile has some unique properties that may benefit the quality of your sleep. It contains apigenin, an antioxidant that binds to certain receptors in your brain that may promote sleepiness and reduce insomnia, or the chronic inability to sleep

PASSION FLOWER

Studies suggest that passionflower works by increasing gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain. GABA is a naturally-occurring amino acid that reduces activity in the central nervous system. This results in relaxation, enhanced mood, better sleep, and pain relief.

Liquorice

An active ingredient in liquorice called gabrol, a flavonoid  helps bind to GABA receptors in the brain which stimulate relaxing alpha waves and leads to  deeper and longer sleep

Lavender

  • Lavender works as an anxiolytic (an anxiety reliever) and as a sedative, to increase relaxation and calm, and help bring about sleep.
  • Lavender interacts with the neurotransmitter GABA to help quiet the brain and nervous system activity, reducing agitation, anger, aggression, and restlessness.

This tea can be easily integrated into your routine. Drink 30 Minutes before sleeping. Our tea is not only good for your health, but it is tasty too! To prepare your tea, place a tea bag in a cup and add hot water. Depending on your preference, you can add honey, agave nectar, or lemon juice.
